An anxious rider pushing a horse on a steep road,
Trouble they will have if they fall away from the troop.
As a boat caught in stormy seas with broken oars,
The days are darker, the flowers have withered and snow begins to fall.

船破下滩之象。凡事险阻提防也。
A boat is wrecked as it tried to navigate the rapids. The situation is precarious, you must stay alert and take precautions.

守旧待时 安静无咎 不用求谋 自在悠游
Let things remain and wait. Few can find fault when one stays quiet. Stay carefree and free. Do not scheme or plot.
