直言说话君须记
莫在他乡求别艺
切须守己旧生涯
除是其余都不利
A straight counsel you must bear in mind,
Do not pursue other trades in foreign soil.
Maintain your lot, practice what was your trade,
For anything else will have no place.
签意/Meaning
守旧待时之象。凡事守旧则吉也。
Stay where you are and wait. Your patience will be well rewarded in time to come.
解曰/Interpretation
得住且住 可取且踞 莫宜别事 只宜守旧
You should stop when you need to. Be contented with your lot, there is no better position to occupy. Let things remain as-is and do not concern yourself with other matters.
