Prospects for one’s future seem undoubtedly distant,
As a jade hidden in a stone, none can tell.
Until one day a skilled craftsman takes it out,
Only then will others appreciate its true value.

剖石见玉之象。凡事着力成功也。
Jade is found only when the stone is cut. Success can only be possible through determined efforts.

宝在石中 异人少知 直待分明 尽可施为
Like priceless gems embedded in rocks, your talents lay hidden. When these can be uncovered, you will be able to make good use of them.
